Care Built on Trust, Compassion, and Respect for Home

Wellness Care UK is a Lancashire-based home care provider supporting adults aged 18 and over to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. We are proud to be a CQC-regulated service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care with dignity, transparency, and genuine compassion at its core.

Our belief is simple: people deserve care that feels supportive, respectful, and personal. We exist to provide a helping hand where it’s needed, filling the gap between independence and more intensive care, while allowing people to remain in the place they feel safest, home.

Our Values & Ethos

Care should reduce burden

Many families carry the emotional and physical weight of caring for a loved one, and we are here to step in with compassion, reliability, and professionalism — allowing families to simply be families again.

this is our clients’ home

Every small detail matters, from routines and preferences to cultural sensitivities and personal boundaries. Our carers are trained to be considerate, attentive, and professional at all times.

inclusive care for all

We are committed to providing inclusive care for all demographics, with sensitivity to cultural, religious, and personal needs. Care should never feel one-size-fits-all.

Transparency is essential

Our care plans are clear, regularly reviewed, and openly discussed. Families are kept informed, concerns are addressed promptly, and nothing is hidden behind jargon or vague promises.

good community-based care

When care is delivered properly with consistency, attentiveness, and early intervention; people remain safer, healthier, and more comfortable at home.

Why Being CQC-Regulated Matters

Wellness Care UK is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent body that monitors, inspects, and regulates health and social care services in England.

Being CQC-regulated means our service is held to nationally recognised standards of safety, effectiveness, care quality, responsiveness, and leadership. It ensures that our policies, procedures, training, safeguarding, and care delivery are regularly reviewed and independently assessed.

For clients and families, this provides reassurance that care is delivered responsibly, ethically, and in line with legal and professional standards. It also means we are accountable — not just to ourselves, but to an external regulator whose sole purpose is to protect the people receiving care.

Our Carers: The Heart of Our Service

Every member of our team is thoroughly vetted and trained, including DBS checks, safeguarding certification, first aid training, medication documentation training, and manual handling training where required. Qualifications are verified, and standards are consistently reviewed.

We prioritise continuity of care by assigning consistent carers wherever possible. This allows real relationships to form, routines to be understood, and changes in wellbeing to be noticed early.

Our leadership team actively supports carers through regular check-ins, monthly supervisions, performance development, and access to free CPD courses. By valuing and supporting our carers, we ensure clients receive attentive, confident, and compassionate care.
